Teen Counseling
I’m passionate about helping teenagers develop the mental health tools and mindset preparing them for a thriving and aligned life that honors their authenticity and talents. In our work together, I create a safe space where teens can explore their emotions, bld self-awareness, and gain confidence in who they are becoming. I support them in navigating anxiety, school stress, identity, relationships and life transitions - all while helping them feel seen and heard. I also partner with parents as needed to ensure the whole family system supports their growth.
Self-Esteem and Identity Work
When your sense of self has been shapred by pressure, perfectionism, or painful relatonships, it’s easy to lose touch with who you really are. I help clients strip away old narratives, reconnect with their inner voice, and bul8d a self-worth that isn’t tied to performance or approval. This work is about coming home to yourself - confident, clear, and aligned. You don’t have to keep questioning your value. You get to own it.

It is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
My primary goal as a counselor is to offer the opportunity to heal and improve your life in a quiet, relaxing, and uniquely private setting, free of the distractions and stress of daily life. What it means to heal or to improve is unique to every individual, and so are the ways in which we get there. As a therapist, I find joy in helping you find the path that is right for you.
